Terms of Service – Elka

Welcome to Elka. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

• All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to modify product details, pricing, and policies at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and the natural properties of materials such as wood, stone, and metal.

2. Orders & Payments

• An order is confirmed only upon successful payment.
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and COD (where available).
• For COD orders, failure to accept delivery may result in COD service being disabled for future purchases.
• Elka reserves the right to cancel any order if fraud or an unauthorised transaction is suspected.

3. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
• For international orders, prices are displayed in INR. Currency conversion rates are determined by your payment provider.
• Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes for international orders are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
• Custom-made, assembled, sale, and discounted items are non-returnable.

6. Product Descriptions & Dimensions

• We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, dimensions, and material information.
• Minor variations in size (within ±5%), colour, grain pattern, or finish are inherent to handcrafted and natural-material furniture and are not considered defects.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website — including product designs, photographs, logos, text, and graphics — is the property of Elka and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
• Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Elka shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
